Minelab Equinox Coil X-Ray. Is it really the half of machine?
Minelab called their Equinox coils ‘smart’, and basically these ones stand for the half of the detector itself. I need hardly say that such coil will cost a considerable amount, and you shouldn’t be surprised… It’s interesting, of course, what Minelab are saying but the truth can’t be hidden anyway. Coils under X-Ray. Has somebody run out of tin? ))
Does a coil have a booster inside or not? Only the good old X-ray can give the most accurate answer to this question. How exciting it is to look at these radiographs! Some manufacturers don’t even try to solder the wires inside the coil – they connect these ones by twisting them together (no one can see it anyway). Or maybe they are simply run out of tin? Minelab Equinox improvements (shaft). You think it will help?
Metal detector manufacturers don’t give a toss about your problems. Your arm is getting tired too quickly, and you think the problem lies in the shaft? Not a bit of it! It’s because of your arm that is too long, and we didn’t bargain for its being of not the right size. As a matter of fact, it took Garrett many years to supply their machine with the camlocks. And it’s of no consideration that it’s been a long time since the competitors provided their devices with such locks. And it doesn’t really matter that the shaft of the expensive – costing more than $1,000 back at the time – detector wobbles at each sweep. It’s your purchase, isn’t it?
