Excellent review. You mentioned Culpeper, is that Virginia? I’m in Spotsylvania and we have some highly mineralized soil too.
Within a few months of buying mine it developed a problem where I could no longer turn the pinpointer off using the press/hold button. It was just immediately turn right back on each time, no matter how many times I tried. Have to unscrew the battery cap to break contact in order to turn it off. Any way to fix this? It’s no longer in warranty.
