Pinpointer of the future (NEW 2018). You’ll be finger searching!

This blog contains some posts about smart metal detectors of the future, and it’s definitely a good thing. But why today is nobody speaking about a smart pinpointer, or at least the one of the future? As it’s an open question which of these two will become smarter first. So, let’s take a look at… I don’t even know how to call it properly. This probe can’t be called smart, but surely nobody will argue that it’s a unit that has come from the future. In-line filter for Minelab Equinox coil. A good thing?

The Minelab Equinox owners have come up with a suggestion – to add an in-line filter to the coil cable. This poses two questions at once: how can this filter help you increase the amount of good finds? And, if it really works, why don’t other machines have this thing yet? Dear expert metal detector users, please give us your opinions about the viability of this improvement to help our readers decide – whether or not they should put such dirt-cheap filters on their devices or, the other way around, should avoid wasting time on a fool’s errand. XP Deus Remote Control Holder Adapter for any shaft. Real saving

The first thing XP Deus users brag about or pay attention to when holding this machine is the shaft. But if the question of saving money comes up, it’s the shaft that XP Deus buyers are ready to sacrifice above all else. That’s just a paradox about XP Deus lovers. So, what’s to be done with the shaft really? Using the detector without this component is at least inconvenient. Here’s a solution: take a dirt-cheap plastic remote control holder adapter and mount it on any shaft – whether that be the straight or S-shaped one, or a crutch, or even just a wooden stick. How to make a coil from electric kettle stand. It works!

Do you remember the hellish ACE machine that a real hoard was discovered by? It obviously had one thing missing, which is a search coil made from the stand for an electric kettle… Hold off on laughing, maybe you will cry later. So, if it’s possible to make a metal detector coil literally from trash, what do you pay your $150 or $200 for? Some people even have the hots for coils costing $1500. Aren’t they stupid, really? Minelab Equinox: underwater wireless signal test

Do you believe in miracles? Not many deteсtorists know that all wireless technologies are up against difficulties when working underwater. By way of example, in order to transmit a signal from your heel to your head a submersible XP Deus unit should be used with an antenna that has the same length as the shaft itself. However, this doesn’t mean that the signal will be successfully transmitted, especially through the salt water. And how about the Minelab Equinox? This machine has a new-generation Bluetooth function, capable of reaching up to 100 meters. Won’t it also be able to break through the half-your-height water column? Or it will?
