Choose the frequency of 18 kHz, adjust the Gain 0, and… at these settings it’s possible to get the Golden Mask 5 Plus to perform at the circus. You can put the nails and coins in rows, bury the coins below the nails, and accept your round of applause – given to the great and mighty Golden Mask 5 Plus (with regard to the target separation, that’s for sure).

All content related to the Golden Mask 5 Plus is collected here (different depth tests, the recovery speed test, comparisons with other machines, first reviews and opinions). Plus, on Knowledgebase pages there is additional info on this detector – specs, features, the list of coils).

One Response to Golden Mask 5 Plus: recovery speed test

  • Has anyone mastered the disc depth feature in the 5+ yet? It seems this feature is only suitable if you want to discriminate certain small items out to get to the deep stuff .in England we detect from the surface to the maximum depth the machine can go,so we don’t need this feature st all yet there is no facility to turn this feature off, and the manual gives very limited info on the use of the disc depth. I’d like to see a video test done on the disc depth on the 5+ from golden mask with English dialogue please explaining how to get the best out of this feature..
