Coiltek, Australian manufacturer, has released a version of the Coiltek 5×10 DD coil for the Minelab CTX 3030 metal detector. The coil is old, but the manufacturer has rolled it out as a new product 2014.
Coiltek is the only alternative manufacturer that brings out coils for the Minelab CTX 3030 metal detector. And it’s an ambiguous question whether the Coiltek 5×10 DD is relevant.
Minelab produces three coils for the CTX 3030 which cover the entire range: a small round CTX 06 Smart, a medium CTX 11 and a CTX 17 with increased depth. What can the Coiltek 5×10 DD coil add to searching with the CTX 3030?
