want one, when can I pre-order mine?
You can “pre-order” it in December 2019 and be ready to pay $2500.
Two for 4000
And four for 6000????????
Kakva shte e cenata na minelaba
i think maximum 1000$ and will be underwater too.
The Marketing Department of Minelab will never let it be so!
The “price-level” of $1000 is occupied by Eunuch 800 so
Minelab Vanish will be priced much higher (it has box under
elbow and it means more complex technology than Eunuch has).
5 detecting modes with onze mode for us dollar and one for euro coins
Think nog it is for underwater
It’s to compensate for the unserviceable throw away Equinox ,the new Vanquish will be fully serviceable .
It’s a low end detector mate it’s not to keep up with the nox or ctx
700 $ olacak minelab vanquish 540 :-)
It’s a low end detector around the ?300 mark it’s to keep up with the makro simplex and the Garrett 400
Kev got it spot on! This is a replacement for the X-Terra series and is designed to compete with the new Nokta Simplex and Garrett 400i. Nokta have changed the game with the Simplex and the only way Minelab can compete is to add multi-frequency into the mix at the entry level and from the videos it looks like that may be the case. I doubt the price would be more than $400 though.
I do not think it was meant to compete with the x-terra 705 as the 705 has many more features than the vanquish.I think its meant to compete with Garrett 300 and maybe the 400
Don’t believe it will be a multi-frequency detector. It will be a single 5 khz detector from what I have read.
Minelab themselves have already stated ‘Multi frequency’
It will be cheaper than Equinox 600 I believe. They need to compete with the new Nokta macro. With a price of $299. Plus the Nokta has al lot of bells, and whistles, and a flashlight. And for $399 you can get one that’s wireless.
Plus I think it’s all in the Numerics. Equinox 800, Equinox 600, Vanquish 540. Sounds more Exciting Than Equinox 500.
Any thoughts whether ML unveils this a Detectival?
Yes.
1. Minelab PRO-Find 20 (new 2019).
2. Minelab Equinox 340 (new 2019).
3. Minelab Equinox 440 (new 2019).
4. Minelab Equinox 540 (new 2019).
5. Surprise. This is probably an update for Minelab Gold Monster 1000 or new metal detector for hobby from Minelab MDS-10 project.
New pic of the mine lab vanquish
It looks like Ground EFX and White’s Coinmaster – two in one!
Looks like a red Garrett.. lol
Let it be so! It looks like Ground EFX, White’s Coinmaster and “red” Garrett – three in one!
What’s the depth
The depth is the half of Eunuch 800 because the price is the half of Eunuch 800.
It can not be the other way!
I see a few pissy Equinox haters. I like mine just fine for relic hunting. And the day I buy something from Turkey will be a long way from coming.
What the price of vanquish 540?
Im from Malaysia
I am on the fence between the xterra 705 which i can buy for $349.00 plus shipping new in the box or the 540 vanquish. I know the xterra has manual ground balance and i think the vanquish has fixed ground balance. Can someone give me a hint if the vanquixh will be a better detector than the 705 Thanks . Louisiana
ill never buy a red metal detector that looks like a painted garrett ace, they’re stuck in 80s with these “new” models.
Indeed,
I truly feel this is fake.
The once so classy minelab just start to fall apart ..
Dont get me wrong , i like the fact that everyone no matter what budget must be able to buy a detector..
But there are aready enough budget detectors .. who alteady did fairly well …
Why the hell minelab is interacting !
If apple is going to bring a phone for 30 dollars .. that would be tbe same crazy move .. and to motivate customers by telling yeah it os budget. But it runs on IOS ( multi iq )
Stupid ..
I have lost my thrust in classy Minelavb by this stupid move ..
It throwed away all the credits they have build in the last decates .
Not to bash the vanquish ..
It is a great detector ..
But remove the minelab logo and sell them all to a new korean factory that makes great detectors for money you can buy a coil and cover for your ctx .
I have used many brands of detectors over the years from Fisher,Garrett to Minelab xterra 705.
Everyone has their favorite machine and with any machine you have to be over a target to find it !And brand loyalty and brand snobbery are sometimes at play here!My first ever importent find was a 4oz gold nugget with a secondhand fisher, simple sound only no led screen.
Getting older now and thought i would test out the Vanquish 540 pro out as it is lighter and give my 705 a rest! Not put off with its red exterior can’t wait for my first week end out after lockdown to join my club mates on pastures green to see what i can find.
