In my opinion, a White’s TRX pinpointer isn’t usable enough as, for instance, a Garrett Pro-Pointer is. The White’s TRX doesn’t complete a full 360° detection area – providing a tip only detection. How to insert the rechargeable batteries into the metal detector is a topic of interest that is really useful for those who are a little bit handy. Believe me, in five years a metal detector without rechargeable battery will be like a cell phone with batteries nowadays. Charging a rechargeable battery is cheaper and easier than buying the ordinary ones.
