The rumors are spreading among the Minelab dealers that the Minelab X-Terra 305 metal detector will be taken out of production this summer. And what model will be able to replace it?
When I just got to know about the upcoming NEW Minelab Go-Find, I made a supposition it was the one that would replace the X-Terra series. But when the features have come into sight, it has become clear that the Go-Find can’t be a proper substitute. Even the Go-Find 60 in reality doesn’t exceed the basic abilities of the old X-Terra 305.
The rumors are spreading among the Minelab dealers that the Minelab X-Terra 305 metal detector will be taken out of production this summer (2015). A big sale of this model’s remnants is taking place now.
It ranks second after the Garrett ACE 250 in its recognition and popularity. Will the X-Terra 305 really be taken out of production this year? And what can it be objectively replaced by? Minelab hasn’t registered the new trade marks. So they will continue the series… What should we expect? The X-Terra 405?
And another related piece of news. The new Minelab Go Find 20-40-60 are being delayed for sale. Perhaps, they are trying to improve these products. Do you remember the bad detection depth of the Go Find? The manufacturer says it is not true and they will come out victorious with their serial models.
